State's 4130 All-Road Returns With Bigger Clearance and Hydraulic Brakes Standard

State Bicycle's 4130 All-Road is back after selling out during the holidays, and the updates actually address the spec gaps that mattered. The frame now clears 700×55 or 650b×60 tires — wide enough for chunky gravel or bikepacking without rubbing. Cable-actuated hydraulic brakes are now standard (previously a $100 upcharge), and the drivetrain jumps to 12-speed with a SRAM Rival XPLR option that was Apex before. If you want electronic, the Rival AXS or Eagle AXS builds are available. Dropper post routing is built in. Complete bikes start at $999.
