Fairlight’s Strael 4.0 Gets Lighter, Stronger, and More Versatile
Fairlight's Strael 4.0 drops 280g while gaining 39mm tire clearance, updated geometry, and a redesigned Reynolds 853 frame for all-road versatility.
Fairlight has completely reengineered the Strael 4.0, making it the lightest Strael ever while pushing it further into all-road capability. With a redesigned Reynolds 853 Road DZB tubing, a new Anraed 4.0 fork, and 39mm tire clearance, the bike sheds 280g compared to its predecessor while maintaining strength and compliance.
The Strael 4.0 also features refined 3D-printed cable guides, updated dropouts for all drivetrain types, and minor geometry tweaks for improved handling. Framesets start at £1245 ($1245 in the US), with complete builds from £2175 ($2175 in the US, taxes/shipping excluded).
