Col Collective Previews Short and Steep TDF Stage 17 to Portet
If I had to choose only one stage to watch next year in the 2018 Tour de France it would be stage 17. The stage covers only 65 kilometers but has over 3,000 meters of climbing. Not only will the stage offer up stunningly beautiful scenery, but the short stage and summit finish at 2,215m will encourage attacks.
Mike Cotty of the Col Collective went out for a recon ride in October to check the route and ride the summit finish, Col de Portet. I think we’re in for a real treat in 2018.
