Utah Riders Dominate the Podium at 2023 Life Time Grand Prix Series Finale
Racing from early April’s Sea Otter Classic to late October’s Big Sugar Gravel, the 2023 Life Time Grand Prix series was a gravel grinding marathon. At the finale in Bentonville, Arkansas, Utah natives Sofia Gomez Villafañe and Keegan Swenson stole the show, clinching the overall top positions. Their dominant early-season performance set a towering pace, leaving competitors chasing shadows. This year’s series allowed riders to amass points over seven races, with their best five results counted towards the final standings. The Grand Prix, now in its second edition, has not only provided a platform for elite off-road cyclists to shine but also set the stage for what promises to be an enthralling 2024 series.
