The World Central Kitchen (WCK) has long been known for its swift and impactful responses to disasters worldwide, and now, they are sharing their journey through the culinary world in a remarkable new way. Their debut cookbook, "The World Central Kitchen Cookbook: Feeding Humanity, Feeding Hope," has been honored as a finalist for the prestigious James Beard Award, marking a significant milestone for the organization.
WCK served 200,000 meals to displaced Palestinians today as we resumed work in Gaza.
