Shimano is paying homage to its deep roots in metalworking with the release of a stunning new Polished Silver edition of its CUES groupset. Aimed at riders who appreciate a classic aesthetic without sacrificing modern performance, this special finish will be available for the drop-bar CUES configuration, making it an ideal choice for custom steel, touring, or all-road builds that command a timeless look. The groupset was readied for a debut on show bikes at the Bespoked event in Dresden, signaling its appeal to the bespoke frame-building community.
While it's a special edition celebrating the brand's heritage, Shimano plans to add the polished silver components to its regular offerings. The finish will be available on a range of components, allowing for a cohesive and elegant build.
