From Singletrack to Gravel: Knolly Updates its Flagship Ti Adventure Bike
Knolly’s updated Cache Titanium gravel bike features suspension-corrected geometry, 700x55c tire clearance, and UDH compatibility. Available now.
Building on its mountain bike heritage, Knolly Bikes has officially launched the updated Cache Titanium, a refined iteration of the gravel platform first introduced at Crankworx Whistler in 2018. Designed in Canada and constructed from custom-shaped titanium tubing with CNC-machined components, the new Cache aims to balance efficient power transfer with the distinct ride quality titanium is famous for. The most significant update lies in the geometry; the frame has been slackened to a 70° head tube angle to better accommodate suspension forks like the Fox 32 Tapercast. Even for riders preferring a rigid setup, Knolly is offering a new geo-corrected carbon gravel fork with a flip-chip, allowing users to toggle between a neutral or slightly steeper steering angle.

Versatility remains the core of the Cache’s identity. The frame now boasts increased tire clearance, accepting up to 700x55c rubber (with the fork handling up to 60mm), and features revised seat and chainstay bridges for better fender compatibility. It is future-proofed with SRAM UDH and Full Mount compatible dropouts, while retaining compatibility for all mechanical and electronic 1x or 2x drivetrains. With plentiful mounts for racks, fenders, and a new top tube accessory mount, the Cache is ready for everything from technical singletrack to multi-day bikepacking. The updated Cache Titanium is available now, with a steel version following in early 2026 and a performance-focused "Tantalus" model arriving in the spring.
