Every Supernaut is handmade from start to finish in Bend, Oregon, utilizing an advanced composite engineering process known as high-pressure silicone molding (HPSM). This innovative technique enhances the efficiency and quality of the molding process, producing dramatically higher-quality parts. Starting with size-specific layup patterns, Argonaut's in-house HPSM process—including the fabrication of all tooling—sets a new standard in composite bicycle manufacturing.
