Zwift Through the Desert with Watopia Fuego Flats Expansion
If you want some new flat roads for your Zwift workouts, there’s a new expansion ready for you.
Called Fuego Flats, the new Zwift expansion is very flat with only moderate changes in gradient. It is being introduced almost exactly a year after the Alpe d’Huez inspired Ape Du Zwift expansion which added the biggest climb in the app. Where that expansion filled the wishes of climbers, the Fuego Flats addition adds great content for triathletes and time trial specialists.
As an extension of Watopia, Fuego Flats adds 20km of paved, mostly flat road through desert areas that take inspiration from place like the California Super Bloom.
The expansion is open immediately to Zwifters of all levels. Fuego Flats adds four new route options which link up with various parts of the Watopia world.
