The Man Who Wanted to See it All (Film)

In 1962, 22-year-old Heinz Stücke from Hövelhof, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, left his factory job and hometown on a three-speed bicycle, embarking on a journey that would make him the person with the most widely traveled by bike in history. After 51 years and covering over 609,000 kilometers, 195 countries and 78 territories, Heinz finally returned home.

To capture this remarkable story, filmmaker Albert Albacete created a documentary called “The Man Who Wanted to See It All.” The film follows Heinz’s journey around the world by bike and his eventual return home. You can watch the trailer and stream the full film on Netflix.
