The Game Awards isn’t just about awards, it’s also about the trailers and reveals that accompany them. There was a lot of cool stuff announced in the two hour-long-plus show including everything from a new map for PUBG to a motorcycle in Breath of the Wild. Here’s all of the important stuff:
PUBG’S New Desert Map Gets a Trailer
PUBG showed off the battle royale game’s long-awaited desert map called Miramar. The new map will also introduce some new weapons and vehicles when it debuts on December 20th. You can play it today on the test server.
New 50 vs. 50 Mode for Fortnite
Fortnite has seen a lot of success with its cartoonish PUBG-like “battle royale” mode, and now developer Epic is going to be adding a new way to play. Starting today players will be able to jump into a new 50 vs. 50 variant.
World War Z the Game
Because we apparently haven’t yet reached peak zombie apparently. It offers four-player co-op play, and is coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC next year.
Something New is Coming from From Software
The iconic studio behind Dark Souls and Bloodborne is making something new, no clue what it actually is though. Looks bloody.
Job Simulator is Taking a Vacation
Recently acquired by Google, Owlchemy Labs is following up its VR game Job Simulator with Vacation Simulator, which only makes sense. It’s coming to Oculus Rift, PlayStation VR, and the HTC Vive.
A Third Death Standing Trailer
This game — which stars the likes of Norman Reedus, Mads Mikkelsen, and Guillermo del Toro — now has a third trailer and I still don’t know what to make of it. Still no gameplay — or anything resembling a release date. But there is this:

Soulcalibur is Back
Soulcalibur is back with the sixth entry in the series, and its coming next year and will be available on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
Breath of the Wild is Getting a Motorcycle
Nintendo finally revealed the release date for the second DLC for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and it’s out today. The expansion, known as The Champions’ Ballad, will introduce motorcycle. Yup.
Campo Santo Takes on Egypt
Firewatch studio Campo Santo is heading to Egypt for its sophomore release. In the Valley of Gods will also be a first-person, narrative driven adventure. The game will be coming to Steam, no release date yet.
Bayonetta 3 is Coming
Platinum Games revealed that the third entry in its acclaimed Bayonetta series will be coming exclusively to the Nintendo Switch. Also, the original Bayonetta and its sequel will are being ported to the Switch, and are releasing in February.
