Meadows Row — The Best Exercises Named After Famous Lifters

John Meadows of EliteFits came up with this awesome movement. You stand on the floor next to the end of a T-bar or barbell with plates loaded on one end only parallel to the bar as if you were preparing to add another plate. Grab the end of the bar with one hand and execute a row with it. If done correctly you’ll feel a great stretch in your lat.
