Litespeed's Direct to Consumer Bikes get a Name: Ocoee

Litespeed has finalized branding for its affordable carbon gravel, all-road & mountain bike direct to consumer lineup as Ocoee after debuting earlier this year. You may have noticed the name when brand sales manager Chris Brown rolled across the Dirty Kanza 100 line on the new Ocoee Boundary.

Chris Brown’s Ocoee Boundary DK100 Setup

Brown’s Ocoee Boundary was stock for Dirty Kanza 100 save a few bits, a Cane Creek eeSilk parallelogram suspension seatpost and a set of clip-on Profile Designs armrests & aerobar extensions. Otherwise the bike was stock with an Ultegra mechanical double groupset and Panaracer Gravel King tires on Stan’s Grail wheels. The build has a very reasonable retail price of $3100.

Chris rode to first place in his 40+ category (3rd overall) at the half length of the iconic Kansas gravel race.

Ocoee Lineup

Litespeed parent American Bicycle Group debuted their affordable consumer-direct carbon bikes under the Remōt name in early spring. That name was a little too close to the existing line of Remote e-bikes. So, ABG renamed their new carbon bike brand Ocoee. It’s not a new name for Litespeed though:

Other than the re-branding, the same Boundary gravel bike, Cinder MTB and Baseline all-road bikes will carry on as the Ocoee Boundary & Ocoee Baseline.

All the bikes are available to order now from Ocoee Bikes.
