Laurens ten Dam has announced that he’ll be retiring at the end of this season. It’ll be sad to see him go, he was certainly one of the toughest hardmen to ever ride a bike. He is one of the riders that truly seems to love the sport. I get the feeling he just couldn’t get enough of just pedalling along, something I think a lot of us amateurs can identify with.
