Porsche has a new video series in which they’ve been digging through their factory garage and showing off all the cool stuff they have housed there. This week Porsche picked out their five best sounding cars. The heart of any performance machine is the engine, Porsche’s unique flat cylinder arrangement not only allows for great performance it also produces some of the world’s most beautiful sounds. It’s ASMR for car people, the sounds feel so good!
I recommend you watch last week’s video as well. Deiter Landenberger, Porsche’s Manager of Historical Archives, reviewed the top five rarest Porsches in the factory collection. The incredible list includes; a 1992 964 911 Turbo S, a 1981 924 Carrera GTS, a 911 GTS, a 1984 911 SC/RS and the 356 America Roadster (only 16 were ever built).
