A Timelapse Glimpse into the Airstream Factory

Airstream trailers are works of art. In the early fifties, Airstream was growing fast and decided to move its factory from Los Angeles to Jackson Center, Ohio. Sixty-six years later, they’re still building their iconic silver trailers there.

In the above timelapse video, you can see how they get assembled. Pretty cool to see that they put all the rivets in by hand. If you’re ever in Jackson Center, you can see the process for yourself and take a free tour of the Airstream factory.
