We’re about a month into New Year’s resolutions and it’s time for a major cheat day, what better occasion than the Super Bowl. One of my earliest memories of football food is beer cheese, to this day I love the stuff. You can dip damn near anything in it and it’s a breeze to make. You can add spices, caramelized onions, or hot peppers to your liking. Use light beer for a hint of beer flavor or something darker or hoppier like an IPA to really get that brewed flavor going.
